He has built a career creating successful partnerships between artists, festivals, venues, brands and fans. A Career Built on Trust.
Tom Hoppa began his career in Los Angeles in 1999, working with leading talent agencies including TKO and APA (now Independent Artist Group).
His reputation quickly grew through his work with influential venues including The Viper Room, DNA Lounge and The Guild, where he developed programming that helped define each venue’s musical identity.
From 2014 through 2026, Hoppa served as Talent Buyer and Director of Artist Experience for BottleRock Napa Valley, helping transform the festival into one of North America’s premier live music events. During his tenure, he received multiple nominations for Festival Buyer of the
Year from both Pollstar and IEBA.
In 2027, Hoppa continues that work as Talent Buyer and Director of Artist Services for Bourbon & Beyond, one of the largest music festivals in the United States.

In 2013, Prince personally selected Tom to produce the acclaimed 38-show Prince & 3rdEyeGirlclub and theatre tour—an experience that demonstrated his ability to protect an artist’s vision while delivering exceptional live performances.
Since 2023, Hoppa has co-managed the internationally acclaimed band Bad Nerves, helping secure tours alongside Green Day throughout South America while expanding the band’s touring presence across the United States and Europe.
